Get Your Fresh Vibes Going
By late afternoon, it’s time to swap stale energy for a burst of fresh vibes. Brush your teeth, apply invigorating grapefruit essential oil, and/or mist face lightly with water. Also sneak outside for a 90-second breath of fresh air… breath in for a count of 10, hold for a count of 10, breath out for a count of 10 and repeat this two more times.
